Fixing Paint Stickyness?

Plugs or plug wires. You probably are not burning all the fuel. sort sure the spark plug gap is correct and that you use only Toyota specified spark plug numbers. Learned this lesson oodles times through the years.
O2 sensor was my first guess. You might check your Mass Airflow sensor (fuel injected right?). There should be an external adjustment, but not sure about toyota.

Answers:    Check the MAP Sensor and the actuator flap surrounded by the duct. It may be stuck in a half position. You engine is not getting ample air in the intake. That is where on earth you need to begin.

There should be a flap that serves as choke inside the atmosphere duct that leads to the intake. It's an actuator that opens and closes via computer control. It's somewhere after or earlier the air filter box. Make sure this flap is free to open and close. This flap should close fairly when the car is first started and open fully after the saloon is warmed up. If this flap happens to be stuck moderately closed it will cause your engine to run rich. It could be stuck or the MAP sensor that sends the signal could be bad cause this flap to not function as it should.
