It's a 2000 and I have replaced the tensioner two years ago and the noise individual stopped for about three months. It is just awful and if anyone have any advice on how to make it stop, that'd be awesome.
It may be something else. water pump or alternator for examples why not have someone listen and recommend you.
They have many awful noise, but I'm guessing you're talking about a loud squealing belt swish due to changing the tensioner, and it stopped for a little while. It could be the tensioner again. I know population who buy cheap parts, and they go bad not long after. Another possibility is one of the pullies not turning smoothly approaching it should be whether it's the A.C. compressor, power steering, idler, water pump, or alternator. Without the belt on, adjectives the pullies should spin easily, and smoothly except for the crank and power steering. Don't worry almost the crank, but you should be able to turn the power steering with merely a little effort.
they all put together noises, unfortunately you are close to the ruin of it's planned obsolesence lifespan
Answers: The bearing in the air pump are dry. My '92 F250 have a slight squeak. I inspected the bearings on the belt tensioner & A/C. They were fine, the alternator, sea pump are new. The only-thing left is the heavens pump.

Why not go back to the shop that did the work and ask them what the crack is due to, especially if you think it's still coming from the part they replaced. There's a tensioner on both the serpentine and timing belts as capably as idler pulleys, so you could have have another separate problem occur. Your timing belt is due to be checked and possibly replaced at 120,000 miles according to the Gates belt listing below. The tensioner and dropout pulleys would be replaced at the same time.they all put together noises, unfortunately you are close to the ruin of it's planned obsolesence lifespan
