I had put a new mobile in 2 weeks ago, and now adjectives of a sudden it won't even charge with jumper cable. Could it be my alternator? Or, some cable problems? I am scared to drink beer.
check your cable ends mabye they are too loose still. wiggle them if they move easy that might be the problem. if you may need an alternator. always start small when looking for probs. and dont be startled to drink beer eh ! or i had this happen to me too i bought a trial battery and it was not devout it was not holding a charge. i took it back and they give me a new one and boom it worked fine.
Answers: if your new battery-operated is dead it sounds like you hold a power draw somewhere killing your battery, could be a discouraging alternator not recharging but i would def have it checked out by a mechanic or VERY knowlegeable friend

it should charge, even though the alternator is working. sounds like the battery-operated isnt taking the charge. try unhooking the battery terminals and hook up a battery-operated charger to it.Dropped a push rod into the block??...
