Nail surrounded by my car's tire !?

Hey guys

last hours of darkness i noticed a staple (actually its a screw) on one of my back tires. its on the surface which touch the road directly. today morning i tried to verbs it out, its too hard to pull-out and again i return with sound of nouns coming out when i try to pull. my 3 question are:
1. will the tire loose air quicly if i lug out the nail?
2. will in that be any problem if i drive the car near the nail?
3. will i requirement to replace with a latest tire? how much will it cost if i take it to a repair shop?

liberally inform !!

How ABS brakes work?

Answers:    Yes, the tire will go flat if you remove the screw.
It will be ok to drive it to a garage beside the screw in at hand.
The tire can be plugged...ask how much it will cost to repair when you get there>

In obligation of a interior fuse box...

Do not ever remove a fastener or screw ...drive directly to a tire shop and let them do the repair.
