Neon ignition replacement?

trying to replace the ignition module on a 2000 neon but I can't figure out how the wiring harness detaches. Seems close to it should just pull bad but I'm leery about forcing it. the old one isn't stock since it's be replaced several times. There's a little red tab that slides horizontally at the very extremity of the connector and I can move it about .25 inch but it didn't seem to issue. My first time trying to do my own repair

Answers: that little red clip is a lock clip you have to pull it adjectives the way out and then you can unplug the electrics harness
