Answers: check and make sure the vacuum hose from the engine hasn't come off of it,this go to the controls to the back of the inside control section, and if it comes off at the engine,it wont allow the inside control section to work properly at all, that would be the first article to check, this may have gotten knock off someway why they be changing the belt, its also possible that the inside control component may have go bad, kindly of odd that it did it right after have the belt changed though,it always seem to happen close to this, but check it out ,you may find a vacuum line bad if it,good luck next to it.
Check to make sure the selector knob to switch to panel vent has not stripped out. This is adjectives on that make and model. If i.e. good, try to hear the blend door switch positions when you switch to panel vents. If you cannot hear it move, try to access the underdash right of the center console and drop that panel. You will see some vacuum lines nearby. Disconnect one of those with the vehicle running and see if you can feel vacuum one pulled if you hold your thumb over the hose. If not, it could be a check valve that go bad, which is located below the hood, on the driver's side near the firewall and brake booster.
