I have a 1995 Chrysler LHS and i enjoy changed the thermastat, flushed the radiator and heater core, dampen pump works fine, and still not getting any heat any philosophy?

vent not slit!!
You should hear it open switching from AC to Heat
if the devotee works and the air is coming out, afterwards it is most likely the vent
temp control switch may not be working, vacuum doors could be closed
