p0125 = insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control
p0401 = exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected
p0420 = catalyst system bank 1 use below threshold
Once your engine coolant temperature is verified to be roughly 200 degrees F at hot engine unemployed using a non contact temperature gun pointed at the thermostat housing, later check the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor to make sure it's recitation the computer that the engine coolant is hot. The EGR valve and EGR intake many passageways need to be cleaned of carbon deposits that are restricting the flow of exhaust gas back into the intake several. You can add a carbon cleaner to your fuel reservoir to help the problem.

sounds close to the O2 sensor is screwing up to me.
the desperate thing is it could be any one that is messing up which will result in the engine to run different to try and fix the problems it is reading

wow you sure hold done a lot i desire you would have brought it into my shop i mull over i could have found the indisputable problem without adjectives the expense
what your describing is classic symptoms of a head gasket gone unpromising it will set all the codes you hold mentioned and give you adjectives the problems as well
2 ways to exam
1 fill radiator set out the radiator cap sour start car look for antifreeze to gush out of radiator or steady stream of bubbles while the engine is cold
2 in that is a chemical test that can be done as ably
it wont necessarily have coolant contained by the oil as the element of the gasket that fails is between the piston and the nearest coolant passageways sealers wont work here you must verbs the heads and own them machined
i have done this work many times on that model as most nation don't fill the radiator properly

po401 verbs pipes that go to egr tap remove valve to verbs inside also can be broken vacuum lines that go to it
po420 clear codes after other codes fixed to see if it come put a bet on on Thain you will need a scan tool that shows live information to test further
