Oil silver for a 92 bmw 325i?

I got a 92 BMW 325i near 154,xxx miles on it... I was wondering what giving of oil do I want to use? My driving style is aggressive and I drive about 30 miles everyday.

ohh and If you could give support to me with the grease filter as well, what class?

Answers: the brand is really irrelevant as far as the oil go some good brands are Castrol Mobil Valvoline Pennzoil
i would guess it probably takes a 10w30 you can check the owners guide to be sure
if you change your grease frequently and regularly you can get by next to conventional oil but remember unlike synthetics it will start breaking down after just about 3000 miles so keep a regular programme
as far as the filter goes I would suggest the Wix brand for masses reasons but too much to write out here
also put together sure you replace the air filter every other grease change as much as gas costs currently you need adjectives the fuel economy you can achieve
