Oil escape, 04 Chevy Aveo?

I have an oil escape at the gasket area of the filter. I have be changing my own oil for years and hold never incounterd this problem. I have tried several different brands of filters and adjectives have the same problem. To clarify a few things; the antediluvian gasket is not stuck to the block, I check things like this. The filter is not overtite, and I always lubricate the gasket on the latest filter. I have read online of other owners with like problem, however, I have not been competent to find a cause. Anyone have a perception as to the cause?(could be a mismachined block, I don't know).

How do I translation the freestyle on...

Answers:    That is an aluminum block and may have some slight warp in the seat where on earth the filter goes. You might try using gasket material to build it up a bit or have a shop lightly grind/sand it smooth for you.
One other problem could be the threads on the block are weak and allowing the filter to loosen a bit. Try to tighten the filter when it leak a bit. If you can, then the treads have, or are losing their inward curve that keep the filter from backing off newly like the threads on a wheel lug stud have. You can also try putting a mark on the filter and a corresponding one on the block and see it the filter 'migrates' at all.
