o.k. i have a 1991 chevy k1500 4wd 4.3l v6 everytime it raines or is wet outside it does not start. i replaced the distributor bonnet rotor wires and is still doing the same thing... coldest week of the year around 7 degree it started every a.m. with no problem it got radiator things started to thaw a little and nil. please help.

Have you tried an ignition coil?? Sometimes when they catch damp, they act lately like a set of bad wires.

No? If it is turning over, and not starting, after maybe it is something else, fuel filter? Water in fuel, or other issues resembling that.
Try ether (starting fluid) in the carb. If it fires up using ether, then is it probably not an ignition problem. CAREFUL, ether is extreemly explosive!
