All I see is HOT and COLD . I don't see any lines that say stop here. OR LOW OR HIGH. It's a 99 Buick Century next to a Low Coolant light on.
Answers: With the engine cool Remove the Radiator hat, Add a 50-50 mix of clean river & anti-freeze till the Radiator is full to the top. With the cap still stale start the engine, as it warms the Thermostat will start to begin and the coolant will go down, Moving through the engine. Keep count the mix till the Radiator is full, reinstall the cap. Go to the overflow container for the radiator, add dampen or coolant to the first line "Full Cold" , Finished.
When you check the coolant smooth do it via the Overflow Tank. A Good Shop will show you this if you ask.
Pour coolant into the reservoir until it reaches the Cold splash. If the Low Coolant light comes on again within a week or so, you should get your system checked for leak.
