One of my engine cylinder is out of commission....?

what makes the cylinder given up the ghost?.. i replaced it with unknown spark plug but still the same..

My brand tentative vehicle broke down...they don't...

Answers:    you read out it is getting spark. Ok we need to win a compression check done on that cylinder to find out if it is a lose of compression it takes 75 psi to fire a cylinder (ive defy this rule only once) so you should achieve a reading of about 100 to 125. if no compression exam tool is available it is posible to tell if an engine have a dead hole by linstening to the means of access it cranks when you turn the key. if you don't hold anyone to get compression reading for you and you would like to know if it is a late hole or just tune-up related e-mail me and I'll try to amble you thru a crank test specifically done simply by listening to the enging man cranked with the knob.

Parking brake, Seat bealt, Doors Warning buzzer...

It could be the spark plug wire or ignition coil for that cylinder that's cause the cylinder misfire. A shop technician sometimes will swap the ignition coil between two cylinders to see if the problem follows the coil that was on the fruitless cylinder. This assumes that the bad cylinder have normal compression and is functioning as a rule otherwise.
