So I have some stainless exhuast tips and I want to paint them black to match. What would be the best road of doing this?
Thanks!
go to your local auto parts store and look surrounded by the paint isle, get a can of high warmness primer and high heat black, next go get a piece of sandpaper. step home and tape off your motor with new serious newspaper or somethin so you dont spray your car, use the sand paper to jus ruff up the tips, you dont own to sand them alot, jus ruff em up some so the paint sticks better. then put a few coats a primer on, give five min to dry between respectively coat, then put a few coats of black on. put alot of very feathery coats on to avoid runs in the paint
Answers: powder coat will last along time and look great.
