Why is it that my windsreen visibility is poor when driving in wet weather especially at nights. There is other a part of the windscreen to be exact very clear and the precipitation water runs stale with out the use of the wipers. The other part of the pack now, the rainfall continues to settle & when ever I use the wipers then a gleery look is disappeared on the windscreen which results in poor visibility.
