ok, I'm dad drives truck he just got probably one of the first international Prostar eagle. and it have had problem after problem and we have almost adjectives the problems fixed but 1. the problem is when your are pulling a trailer that it m/t or full at about 1600-1700 RPM you hear a rattle resembling chains when going up a hill and on a straight stretch as well. its driving us crazy please can someone tel us what is wrong possibly someone has had alike problem as us. half the noise be coming from the turbo and we got a new one and the jingle is still there. oh yea and its no governed any. HELP please!
