Yesterday when i got into my vehicle (1991 Buick Park Ave), i heard a "pssssssss" nouns sound, almost approaching air be coming out of my tire. it was more contained by the back of the sports car, and only last maybe 3 -5 second. i checked and the tires were fine so i drove stale. within a thing of minutes my brake light come on and i had to conserve down on the brakes to slow down/stop the car. i popped the hood and near was no brake fluid contained by the car, so i put a unbroken bottle in. the brake pale went past its sell-by date but came rear on ten mins later near the same problems. We have a new master cylinder put within a couple months ago, and had the lines bled beforehand that. there are also tentative brake pads on the vehicle.
what else could be wrong next to the car? and appr. how much would it cost to fix? i cant help yourself to it in anywhere till after xmas so im curious as to what to expect.

Answers: You obviously enjoy a leak within the system somewhere. One person stated to put brake fluid surrounded by the master cylinder and pump the pedal and look for leaks, that's a devout idea. A leak rear gearstick cylinder could be leaking and not other show signs of leakage on the ground. If it's the pedals cylinders leaking, later the rear brake shoes will be obligation to be replaced as well due to contamination. As far as cost, if it's the reins cylinders, brake shoes, machine backside drums, replace rear hardware, bleed system at a shop near a warranty would run ball park 300.00 parts and labor.
