Question in the order of the upper air suspension on my 92 Lincoln Continental?

The radio and CD player wasn't working on it, and I found out someone have messed around with the fusebox. I hotwired the radio and compact disc player using a fuse holder. There was a spark surrounded by the process, then the digital speedometer shut bad, but I found the correct fuse and used a fuse holder on that one. Two or three days after that, when I started the car, the compressor kick in but the hindmost suspension wouldn't raise and near is a hiss behind the disappeared rear nouns strut. The weather was enormously cold, and I know this can damage the heavens bags/lines, also, a day beforehand, the tires went flat because they be dry rotted. So, could the fuse work have tattered a switch or sensor to the air suspension, the cold weather spoil the bag\line, or the tires going flat set the sensor off? Air struts are $170 ea. I know nearby are spring conversion kits for $500 that will accumulate me some money, but I read that you can use regular struts from a 92 Ford Taurus or Mercury and they will work the same. Will this work?

Does the motor mainetenance pallid automatically pop...
