Question something like replacing brake pad...?

I really don't know much about brake pads. Will a service station hold the pads in stock or should I get hold of them from a place like Auto Zone and have the service station put them on? I freshly have no idea when it comes to this. Any serve would be appreciated. Thanks.

What did i do wrong near replacing...

Go to a brake specialist is probably the best answer.
The shop will have the parts or get the parts to do the repair. If you be to purchase the parts and take them with you to the shop more than credible they would not use them as if you expect them to warranty them they would want to use their choice of brand/quality... there is some cheaper parts out there (not singular in price but quality as well)

Anyone know why my header bolts hold...

Wherever you hold your car to get the pad put on, they will be able to buy the correct pads for your vehicle. They will probably buy them from Autozone or from a NAPA store.

My truck A/C problems?

If you do not know going on for brakes, then pay a pro to do them. Shop around for pricing. When it comes to your sanctuary, the lowest price is not always the best. A highway muffler or tire shop will rip you off. Their sole aspiration is to oversell you with stuff you don't need because the sale reps work on commission and prey on unknowing people. Ask around for a referrals from friends and co-workers. An independent repair shop is your best bet.
Don't skimp on the pad. The cheaper the pad, the less time they will ultimate. You will get what you pay for. Remember, it's your collar on the line when the brakes crap out. Do them right.

Most service stations will fetch what you need, the bad point is, getting a shop to install them is way way approach over priced, they all take dominance of people. At Auto Zone, I'm sure you can buy the parts less than $50, ask around for some friends that know how to do this, it should whip less tahn a hour and I'm sure someone you know could use an extra $50 and you will have investigational brakes for a $100 or less.If you are going to have a station do it for you, ring around and ask, the different prices can vary a couple hundred bucks.Good luck, hope you dont get ripped sour.

Would you bring your own food to the restaurant and ask them to cook it up for you? They will have the proper parts to do the job.

If they do the livelihood and furnish the parts, everything is covered under warranty. You furnish the parts, they won't cover, if there be a problem you would have to go final to Auto Zone with any complaints, and pay for the labor again.
