so i am thinking of being a car mechanic when i check out of school but i would like to know if you wallow in being a car mechanic?
also is it knotty and does it get boring or is it really fun?also what do you have to be devout at?
thanks
It all has equal basic concepts, and if you know one, you can feel around pretty graceful with the others. Granted with for a moment help. I didn't want to get stuck next to the possibility of getting bored either, or ending up hate what I now love to do because I would do it every day. I figure my passion (cars) should be my hobby and to go for the bigger picture as a career- any way I still do what I love. Kinda like a backup.
Make sure it's auto that you want, but if you're not sure you can look at mechanics within general. Its a big field next to many options. My brother have moved around to a few jobs and so has my dad. Both minus having to go rear to school to change their job. My brother now works on a rollercoaster at Universal and loves it!
Go for what you think make sense. They have lots of apprenticeships too (on the job and schooling)
Good luck!
Yes and No to adjectives your questions,, It can be fun and it can be boring,, its hard and its straightforward, Depends on who you work for, the customers you have to deal next to and the problems you have to solve, I've worked for a Two major dealerships and enjoy it most of the time. But got tired of seeing the customers getting screwed and lied too. I started my own business and really enjoyed that but have a few customers which were nightmares i.e.:::: change the disappeared rear tire and they said that I made there engine blow a rod . Laughable but still a customer enjoyment problem if you don't do something to resolve the problem you loose customers based on Word-Of-Mouth So make up your own mind..

Working on cars can be a lot of fun but it is work and it is knotty at times. Any job gets boring at times but consequently there are challenges that push you professionally to hold it to the next level. Need a strong powered and electrical aptitude. Try auto shop at school or at a vocational school. There is no channel to tell if you will like it until you try. Do and try as frequent things as you can before you lock in to something for the long lug. We all have our strengths an weakness and you will thrive in a job that fits you.
IN my knowledge
you have to complete 2 years of Science Program beside compol. Phy, Math and Che after School level , or A level or similar plane depends on your country Education system to join for B.E. in Automobile Engineering as Engineer.
If you want to be with the sole purpose mechanic then you can go to Vocational Training institute, it differ from College or University rules to go and get admission. one thing is that if you turn to vocational training there will focous on pratical mainly.
If you study B.E. smooth it is hard because you have to study adjectives about science physics like Electronics, Electrical, Hydrolics, Phs, Math, Che, etc ... one most difficult is Drowing for Automotive parts. It is exceedingly difficult then Civil Engineer or other ( such a building in general) within my personal view only.
In my go i never fell it is boaring but I fell hard to study.. its very fun.
Best of luck for your adjectives.
