Rear appendage & Disc brake out of 2000 Camaro SS into 73 Camaro?

If i got a complete rear call a halt out of a 2000 SS Camaro how hard would it be to put onto my 73 Camaro? How hard to hook up the brake lines? My 73 have rear drums and the 2000 rear wrapping up has discs. What all mods are needed? Is the time/money worth it (already enjoy the rearend, just the cost of mods etc.)?

if you are going to regulation rear axle complette you need complette brake system both front and reverse to make abs work along wheel sensors etc easier to do beside out anti lock but you still need master cyl shuttle valve and front brakes offf 2000 camero as the front brakes bigger and not compattable next to 73 camero think about useing your drums on 2000 flipside or finding 73 disc conversion they are not easy to find carrier and ring and pinion may not fit 200o to 73 depends on kind # if you need more info email me camero mods etc are a hobby

No the 73 have leaf springs the 2000 has coil springs And they are diffrent widths.

Answers: the brakes should be pretty easy to vary, are the dif's the same lengeth end to wrap up?. you will also have to fab housing mounts, shock mounts and probably need a different u-joint for the driveshaft
