My friend held her wiper blades in place while they were moving and very soon when you turn the wipers on the drivers one goes off the windshield and stays past its sell-by date. I am trying to get this arm back contained by the position that it is suppose to be in. Pried off black plastic hat, removed bolt. Still Can not completely remove the arm and move it. what else is holding this arm on and how do I get it off.
