I have a 96 328is near stock exhaust system, and wanted to know if it have a resonator, and if so how do I take it stale?
Answers: You can look at the exhaust system and see for yourself. If it has one it will be between the muffler and the exhaust tip. What it does is shrink or eliminate the unbelievably annoying resonance that can occur inside the vehicle itself.
Taking it off (if it exists) will not trade name your car nouns better, it will just supply an annoying noise to the inside of the saloon when you're driving it.
