How much does it cost to obtain...

Answers:    As mentioned above, when your vehicle is burning too much gas, most likely that the O2 sensor is fouled up or bad. The O2 sensor detects unburned fuel so that it relays a message to the computer to retard the fuel flow (fuel curves) by varying the modes to close loop or open loop (pulse witdh)for fuel system. If the O2 is bad, here is no way that it can relay this message to the on board computer(ECM-Electronic Control Module)... So what happen is uncontrolled fuel flow or more fuel consumption. Once the O2 is change but still do the same, the fuel pressure regulator also could be bleak. (more pressure, more fuel) or the computer itself. Also try to add injector cleaner in your fuel reservoir to clean the fuel system. The best product that I used is Techron made by Chevron. You will find them at any Walmart store. Change your air cleaner if you suspect the engine is not getting adequate air. The Air Idle Control also controls the air flow, and you can discern this by a(wobbling sound) or up and down idle as you stop at intersections. If the engine feels close to it's dying then this sensor is bad. Most GM cars have this sensor, I very sure Chrysler use it also. If in doubt check any garage mechanic for direction, the one that knows your jeep... Change PARTS one at a time. Do the O2 sensor first. Buy your parts at Auto Zone, it is cheaper for you. Use the dealer as the closing resort cause their parts are very expensive. Anyone can amend the sensor, providing that you have a knowledge just about cars/suv's etc...good luck...

Another Spark Plug Question?

Since you most likely dont own any diagnostic equipment individually, I'd suggest taking it to a shop that does engine diagnostics to find out what is causing it.

I Need Help w/ My 1997 Nissan...

It might be solved with new O2 sensors. I don't know how lots miles your Jeep has, or how you keep up on repairs; you've probably changed the air filter.
