i have a
toyota tercel 1995 180 K
i am planning to transfer tyres, after doing lots of research i have two choices in a minute
1. Kumho brand (marshall) wall mart 39.99 each next to total cost of 260 dollars
2. michellen brand 99.99 each beside total cost of 550 dollars
both prices includes installation, balancing etc beside road side assistance.
i am planning to keep to sports car for 3-4 yrs so what is your recommendation
pls assist
Answers: The michelin will last much longer than the Kumho. Kumho make a decent tire, but if you are planning to hold it for a few more years, the Michelin is the best choice. Just make sure you hold an alignment done when you replace the tires. it would make no sense to replace the tires near a premium brand only to enjoy them ruined by a front alignment that was sour.
I put Kumho tires on my impala last year. great tires severely quiet, great wet/dry traction and massively good within the snow and ice
unsurprisingly the michellen tires might last longer but you can buy 2 sets of Kuhmos for like peas in a pod or less price, my Kumhos come with 80,000 mile warrenty
