Should I grasp a nouns flush?

I own a 1994 Volvo 960 and volvo has said surrounded by the owner's manual that the nouns fluid never needs to be changed. However, when I checked the dipstick, the fluid be almost black, although I did notice any strange smells. I also notice that the level be higher than needed.

Should I flush my nouns system? I have almost 150,000 miles on it and intend to keep hold of it for as long as possible. Thanks!

Do you hold to clear for continuation...

Answers:    If you are not having any problems beside the transmission, near those miles, you're better off departure it alone. High mileage transmissions will sometimes fail after varying the fluid. Sounds strange, but it's true.

Transmission?

look the car is getting some age and the fluid is going to look black. the the other guy is right it will most probable fail after you variation the fluid but that is the style it gose. just don't dawg the vehicle it should last you for alittle bit.
