I have never have a transmission flush and the contractor recommends I do it since the fluid is black and that I never get it at 30K. Some people speak it damages the transmission when you flush after neglect it...

It is recommended to change the fluid and filter if equipped next to one at 25K to 30K miles for the best performance.
