Answers: weld them surrounded by rivets are for holding them until you can weld them in,spot weld them and dress the weld up really resourcefully and you wont be able to ever notify it was done if its done right ,i own re-stored several of those cars,never use pop rivets as a permanent handle on anything,good luck.
