I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna that developed a problem beside the digital clock, interior lights and external, electric door locks at the same time. Is at hand a fuse or something that is adjectives between these? Where would it be located or what else should I check. Thanks!

Possibly a discouraging common ground or fuse/power issue but I don't imagine they would be on the same power circuit....more promising a ground problem or common power short or possibly a bleak common power relay for the circuits....not sure if one is used for these items. Check adjectives fuses for power on both sides of the fuse through the little hole in the plastic at the top of the fuse legs near a test wispy.
