I've done aerosol spray painting on my motor (touch up) several months ago on three weekends without a mask/respirator outdoors contained by open nouns. I tried to not inhale the stuff as carefully as I could: approaching I would hold my breath and spray then hike away to let it dry, but I could still smell the stuff surrounded by a distance (and the distance I kept away shortened after each spray because I be getting a little impatient). I am becoming rather concerned now give or take a few possible health effects. Should I be concerned? For anything amount I inhaled or consumed, can my body get it out of my system essentially? I read that some types of paints are more dangerous than others. I get my paints from automotivetouchup dot com, basecoat, clearcoat, primer and rubbing compound... I am sure I've inhaled some being around that sprayed nouns, but should I be overly concerned? thanks
Answers: Yeh man. you are probably alright but subsequent time get a respirator. I tight you're looking at 20 bucks for a decent one. why not only just get one and not verbs about it right? i'm a mechanic but worked contained by a shop at a painting company and we have to take blood test every couple months to check for lead and stuff approaching that. and let me inform you some of that stuff can screw you up
you should be alright doing this outside,but next time i would wear a shroud or something,that stuff can be harmful to you,doing it surrounded by an open nouns helps though,but i other try and wear a mask when using any nice of a spray product,good luck beside it.
