I've been doing brakes on cars for a long time, I've never be able to push the piston back within without a C clamp. Use a clamp and force the piston back into the caliper till its flush at the rubber ring. Make sure the reservoir hackney carriage is off and you have plenty of rag around it to catch the back flush of brake fluid coming up as you press the piston posterior in. If the caliper is off the brake splash, add a few ounces of brake fluid into the bleeder valve port. This should lube the piston so it go in with smaller number effort.

they shouldn't move by appendage freely, as long as they move their alright, usually mechanics use a c clamp to push it back the piston into the caliper.

Can anyone sustain will an electrical problem?

Answers:    are they sticking surrounded by the in or out position are they sticking under brake pressure or are you newly playing with them in your hand(new ones are dry unlubricated) and may not move as you would conjecture. they also have a cap surrounded by the line area if this is within place you are trying to compress air in the caliper
