Answers: About the merely change I can surmise of is the elimination of MTBE surrounded by the gasoline. Most fuels have substituted 10% ethanol contained by its' place.
Unfortunately, ethanol absorbs hose very smoothly, so water contamination of fuel is a much more adjectives problem than it used to be. Additonally, since ethanol contains less zest per unit, fuel mileage is somewhat reduced. On my motor, I lose an average of .3 to .5 miles per gallon when I fill up next to a 10% ethanol mix.

What lots mechanics are saying is that more owners are not maintain their cars properly to save money. Keep your vehicle tuned up and try to keep up near the maintenance rota for replacing or checking worn items.
