I have a 92 buick royally, It has have a bad stand still for quite some time, (High languish, shaking and rich mixture) I have replaced plugs, wires, Coils, Ignition module, Computer, Fuel pressure Reg., Fuel pump, fuel filter, O2 sensor, Injectors, complete engine electrics harness, All vacuum lines replaced, Intake manifold and gaskets, Crank sensor, throttle body cleaned, I replaced the IAC spout which brought the idle down to 700-800 where on earth it should be but I am still shaking and blowing black smoke (running extremely rich) My question revolves around inspection of the TPS I notice that around the seal of it in attendance is a steady stream of "silver bubbles" thats the best way I can describe it. Like its boiling or something or releasing nouns but with silver'ish bubbles..So im wondering could the TPS motivation the conditions I have? I am shifting it regardless because I know electronics arent supposed to bubble lol but I thought Id ask

Answers: i have a 95 s10 near a bad tps it runs rich and give off some black smoke upon starting or bulky acceleration. it doesnt do the bubble thing your chitchat about but i would say-so your on the right track.
You should stop right there (before you replace the engine) Have you have the car hooked up to a scanner, ever? There are a couple of sensors that you haven't touched but, MAP and coolant temp. sensor. I would have it scan with a scanner that also shows facts to see what all of them are doing at adjectives times. Your current technique of throwing parts at it is, obviously, worn-out.
