Timing belt replacement?

i have a 2004 Honda Accord EX V-6,,,,when I replace the timing belt,,,do I also need to replace the dropout pulleys as the dealer suggest(I think they merely want extra money from em),, the car has 79,000 miles

Stuck choke!?

To replace a timing belt without replacing the tensioner and failure pulleys will be as senseless as replacing oil without replacing the oilfilter.

The timingbelt and tensioners achievement as a complete system and if you do not replace the pulleys at the same time as the belt you will in any-case hold to remove the belt when you want to replace them later. Except if you want to replace the pulleys only the subsequent time that you have to replace the belt. This means that by that time the pulleys did twice the work of a belt. Not a virtuous idea.
Replace the belt and the pulleys at the same time, it is after-all not a errand that must be done every few miles.
