Torquing cylinder commander on john deere 4039 diesel torque turn?

Does anyone know what this means I get a print out it says step one 75 ft lbs step 2 110 ft lbs step 3 verify 110 ft lbs. Then is say step 4 torque turn an additional 60?? 10? but doesnt voice 60 or 10 what? And I dont have the table can anyone explain this.

Answers:    First use some oil on the bolts. SAE 30 W is fine.

Start to torque the bolts within a circular pattern starting within the center of the head. torque adjectives to 75 ft lbs then budge back and torque to 110 ft lbs later check then.

Mark the bolts and turn them 60 degree. That is one flat (I believe).

I verified this with my brother contained by law. He worked as a thickset equipment mechanics for years for John Deere. He called me spinal column to make sure I oil the bolts.

That is something they basically started a few years ago. First you torque to a preset in this valise 75 ft pounds then 110 foot pounds consequently you turn the bolt to stretch it 60* (degrees) or 10*, you should use a degree rudder to set them properly. The stretch bolts are only used once and should be replaced every time.
