Okay on December 26 I was going to visit my grandmother, I be driving from GA to WV. The car broke down halfway surrounded by NC. So I got the car towed to Aamco. I vanished it there and got a rental coup¨¦ and completed the trip. The car was supposed to be done that friday, they utter they got the wrong part, later the completion date moved to monday.well two weeks later I still hold no car. I kept a rental car 5 days more than I planned base on their persistence that it would be done.
I initially was going to tow it home on a U-haul but I figure I would just bite the bullet and just bring back it done. Well Almost $3000 later (rental car and tranny cost) I still enjoy no car and I am back home surrounded by GA. I have to fly back or drive to pick up my coup¨¦. I just found out today they have charged my card already for the full amount.
What can I do? I be never told I would be charged the full amount before I even got my coup¨¦ back. They made this charge 12 days ago.
Aamaco is a national company. Get the phone number for the home organization and file a complaint with them.
