I have hear and seen ppl use 1/2 quart of tranny fluid to a cistern of gas in a *fuel injected only* vehicle. I already know it wont damage the engine as ive witnessed it numerous times so please dont anyone reply with the usual "OMG DONT PUT THAT IN THERE! itll take out your engine!" which is usually based on opinion and not personal experience. My question lies as follows.. What advantages are near of using the correct ratio of tranny fluid to gas as compared to using say "the deep foam" or any other fuel injection cleaner? Also has anyone found the tranny fluid to work better?

PS.. I didnt try to come across as a convulse but with every press Ive asked I always attain someone who is trying to be the smart one and using opinions to voice " NOOOO thats bad" just required to let you know that no i will not be swayed from using it but if theres a better alternative near some other fuel additive Id compare the 2 and come up beside a conclusion.. Answers: It won't kill your engine but it'll foul the plugs, it'll choke your exhaust and produce white smoke.
You will not gain anything but over time your motor will become sluggish as the valves catch choked up, fuel consumpion will go up as a result, emission will also suffer.
