Can anyone tell me if its ok to transport a freezer approximately one hundred and fifty miles lying down contained by the back of a sports car, will it do it any damage?. I own been told if i stand it up and go off it twenty four hours before i switch it on it will be alright is this true.
Answers: You are 100% ok to transport a freezer on its stern as long as you let it stand adjectives without the power on for almost 24 hours. This allows the refrigerant to run back into the condenser/pump in the past starting up.
