Truck Trouble?

I have a 2004 F150 (new body style) with a 4.6l v-8. The engine pallid came on so I had the guys at Autozone scan the code. I be told that it was the idle nouns control valve. My throttle body does not look anything like any pictures that I hold been able to find. Does my truck hold the "fly by wire" electronic throttle body system and if so does it have an iac valve that can be cleaned?

Stupid mistake?

My pugeot 206 (GLX) 2002 air-conditioning/ sports...

The codes is for a throttle position sensor replace sensor but grasp part from ford dealer. It will evetually stir into limp home mode because the one of the three sensors goes discouraging. The one that is replaced is the one on left(driver) side of throttle body.

What is the problem next to have...

Answers:    You are far better sour taking it to the Ford dealer to have an "IDS test" run. The folks at Auto Zone will singular provide the code to you, which is as good as trying to read Chinese if you don't understand the target behind it. In answer to your question, YES your vehicle is equipped near ETC (Electronic Throttle Control). This eliminates the throttle cable, which I am sure you are already aware. And NO, it does not have an IAC stopcock. The fact that the folks at Auto Zone told you, you needed an IAC valve replaced, shows their discernible lack of familiarity beside your vehicle. Even if it costs money, you are far better off bringing it into the dealer. Do you own ESP (Extended Service Plan)? If so, the cause of the code may even be covered under warranty. Even if you don't, it will be smaller number expensive in the long run, since there will be far smaller number a probability of replacing unecessary parts, if you attempt to diagnose the problem yourself. DO NOT attempt to clean the throttle body. Hope this helps.
