i have a 1999 ford f150, when the truck is driving it is fine but when you put on the brake it tries to die, or when you put it contained by park adn it is still running, but if you are driving it is great. it started makeing a wierd hissing sound when adjectives this started any ideas??
Answers: You hold a vacuum leak or a cracked intake several. Have a technician look at it. If you do open the hood, try to see where on earth the hissing sound is coming from. It could be as simple as a disconnected hose.
