Alright I'm gonna try to explain what I'm talking something like... the thing that seem weird is that sometimes, especially when i push rock-hard on the gas pedal the car seem as if it's choking? or studdering like its have trouble going. I'm trying to figure out why it's doing this adjectives the sudden. I know I need to replace my serpentine belt soon too. Could that be the problem? The serpentine belt does squeal sometimes... god it's annoying. Thanks to anyone who give me answers. Best Answer gets 5 stars!

first the belt noise have nothing to do next to car presentation as the noise is due to a LOOSE
BELT THAT NEEDS TO BE TIGHTEND which is probably the alternator.
the steps to fix choking is:
a/ trial wires/spark plugs / distributor cap and rotor
record some newer cars may not have hat and rotor
b/ put fuel injector cleaner into gas tank.
c/ if "service table lamp comes on have diagnois.
d/ replace throttle position sensor.
adjectives the above will help.
ably one you need to state what brand of car it is and sounds resembling the fuel filter might be clogged up try changing that and see what is does
