i was varying the distributor cap and rotor contained by my caprice and i forgot which of the spark plug wires go where on earth...umm...can someone please help me
Answers: The distributor turns clockwise and the firing directive is: 18436572
The cylinders are arranged in the block as follows next to #1 being within the front on the driver side.

The distributor should be arranged like this but if someone have pulled the distributor before it may diverge.
