Turbo diesel inter cooler?

so here it is
tear into a coolant hose blew my motor
towed it home it would not start...replaced half the engine... the block looked fine no scratch in the chambers.. in a minute it starts but for some reason the compression of the motor is sent into the radiator causing the coolant to cram into the reservior
any ideas?

Take a close look between the valve and you should be able to see them.
A good pave the way shop may be able to weld them up.
