nothing is coming out of those washer parts that squirt at the windshied and I hear no uproar when I'm pressing the lever and trying. even if its just frozen, shouldnt i be capable of hear something?
Answers: If the motor is frozen (meaning water is solid),- it can't trun to put together any noise! If the motor is "seized" you might know how to hear a slight noise if the lever flicked on and bad rapidly (providing the electric electrics inside is still intact)! Even then it wouiod not nouns like it is supposed to and might be more resembling a very pallid "bump" rather than a buzz!!
If the marine is frozen, try putting in for a time "rubbing alcohol" this will work like anti-freeze within water. When the engine temp brings things lower than the hood up to temp, - and melts rime, - it will mix and keep hose down in "fluid" state! So that a "good" pump can move it! Of course you can buy the "mixed" stuff at the store that have the antifreeze alrady mixed in it to use when everything thaw out, (on next refill)!
Don't forget though, the hose down in the hoses and the tubes/nozzles have to thaw out also past the water can run through! Usually after the motor is stopped (if not in severe direct wind) it will "seep" ample warm nouns up between hood and windshield to melt the dampen out!
Maybe you are out of fluid, or maybe they are frozen. You 'may' hear something when you squirt out the fluid but normally, especially if the engine is running and the wipers are wiping... you will not be capable of hear the wiper fluid moving to the squirter heads.
Has anyone ever get streaks (dried water)...
