Water spots are caused by the minerals in the hose after the water drys. Use products that desolve those minerals CLR -- or vinegar. Use a sponge. pour on to sponge and wipe gently until minerals desolve.
You cant try a clay lump, that usually works ok. You can also wet sand and buff it. I would not recommend that one unless you know somebody who knows what in attendance doing!

You enjoy to put a small amt. on a clean dry
cloth and rub lightly surrounded by a circular motion.
Then make sure you buff with a dry cloth
when done. After you do that, later you
can wash your car similar to normal.
Try a small area first, lately in case.
