Answers:    Go to the parts store and notify them you need to paste your rear scene mirror back on. There is a special gum for it. I think it is two part of a set epoxy of some sort, but it is stronger than most kinds you can buy surrounded by the store. It comes in little single use tubes.
Before you put the cement on make sure that your windshield and the mounting surface of the mirror are CLEAN! Wash near every non greasy cleaner you can think of, (not really, but lacquer thinner or lighter fluid are not excessive here) afterwards with a lint free broadsheet towel, and glass cleaner verbs it some more. Be sure to wipe the Windex off formerly it dries, using a dry paper towel, and next glue the mirror on right away, according to instructions.

Go to your local parts store they provide kits that include a cleaning agent and the cement for just that.
