When I turn the wheel it sticks and i enjoy to turn it back the other process slightly or jam it the path i want to turn. It like sticks and won't move. I mull over the tires, because they are old and call for to be rotated or changed. Fuel pump was replaced not long ago and possibly is it the steering pump? Or the steering belt?
Answers: bad rack and pinion, check your power steering fluid first, though.
check the fluid rank in the pump first ,but its most plausible the rack and pinion unit going out on it,that will fashion it not want to come back when you turn it,and it will also formulate it really hard to turn at times,enjoy it checked though ,when it goes adjectives the way out,its going to be really not easy to steer,good luck near it.
