What type of relay is this?

It's a DENSO. No.056700-8570 12v made in Japan
4-prongs
I found it below the driver side-dash right above the hood release latch. I took it off because i hold hypothesized that the relay is the cause for my motor not to start.(i have to pop-start the coup¨¦ for it to run) All i get is a clicking disturbance and i traced it to this relay. Can anyone tell me where on earth i can find it and how much.

The car is a 1990 Honda Accord LX almanac trans.

Should I really exchange the timing belt...

Answers:    It's a Standard 12v Relay you can get within any auto parts store.

OK with that Relay out do you still receive the "Clicking Sound" when you turn the Key? That may be a Headlight or Parking Light Relay?

Reading at the Battery is? should be 11.5v to 12.5v without the engine running, 12.8v to 13.6v near the Engine running shows you the Alternator is Working Properly! If Battery is 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 Years Old or looks Swollen on the Sides Replace it. "Load Test" Battery (15 Seconds) to make sure it will Take & Hold a Charge!

Trying to ratify emission. involve proposal?

transport the part to your auto slice store, tell them what munificent of car it is, and they will look it up, speak about you what the part is.
