Answers: On my '99 Accord, it is actually on the passenger side, facing outward, hard by the front of the transmission...and the bolt have a square indentation that fits a 1/2 rachet (with no socket) perfectly. That's where on earth you drain the transmission. There is no jar, you have to disassemble the nouns to change the filter (actually more of a screen). To fill, I use the dipstick tube.
