Where is the grease filter located on a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer?

Im actually at this precise moment trying to correction my oil and Im not sure where on earth the oil filter is on this specific vehicle. Anyone?! Help!

Answers:    Have you taken the screw out of the grease pan?

1. If you hold taken the screw out of the oil tub and have drained the grease pan. Then you should put the screw vertebrae in.

2. Now that you enjoy drained the oil tub look either to the righ or to the moved out of the oil container. You should see the oil filter. The bottom of it is round on the side of it say Oil Filter.

3. Slowly unscrew the oil filter and tolerate it drain.

4. Replace with a strange oil filter.

5. Put your exotic oil within.

6. Wait about 5 mins after putting the grease and and check your oil to see if it have the right amount of oil contained by it. If needed add more grease.

7. Crank the vehicle and let it be idle for about 15 mins.
